Pam was born in Starkville, Mississippi and graduated from Mississippi State University. She and her husband Gregg moved to Huntsville in 1978 and have been members of Huntsville's First Baptist Church since then.

Pam has a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in education. She joined the staff of First Baptist Church Huntsville in 1994 as Minister of Preschool. In 2001, her position changed to Minister of Young Families in response to the desire of First Baptist to give focused attention to the support and nurture of the family units of our church and community. In 2003, her area of ministry evolved into the position of Minister of Young and Median Adults, offering church-supported ministry to adults age 55 and younger.

Before serving on church staff, Pam worked as a public school teacher, Curriculum Coordinator and Director for Church Preschool Ministries, consultant and curriculum developer for University of Alabama in Huntsville's Continuing Education Program. She has written Sunday School curriculum and teacher training articles and enjoys leading conferences in the areas of family life and teacher training.

Her husband Gregg is an engineer with NASA. They have four children, two sons and two daughters. Their son Jonathan is a graduate of Belmont University; their son David, in his sophomore year at the University of Alabama; their daughter Hannah, in her junior year at Lee High School; their daughter Bethany, in 8th grade at Whitesburg Middle School.

In addition to spending time with her family, Pam also enjoys reading, attending musical theater, and being outside.
