Night To Shine - Behind the Scenes Team

Night To Shine Behind The Scenes Teams

Behind the Scenes Team – Led by Sandy Bowlin and Ann Ruble
This team works behind the scenes to prepare for and clean up after the Night to Shine event.

Behind the Scenes - Liaison to Father/Daughter Dance
The liaison to the Father/Daughter Dance will coordinate with the Father/Daughter Dance Chairman to share resources between the events.  You will identify decorations that will be used by both events and develop a plan for preserving those items (i.e., after NTS, some things will be left in place and others will be stored so that they are accessible for the Father/Daughter Dance).
This volunteer team is now full.

Behind the Scenes - Pre-Event Administration Team
This team works on administrative tasks prior to the event.  You will be responsible for guest invitations and publicity.  You will also assist with scheduled in-house guest registration days and provide office help such as data entry, proofing, and other miscellaneous tasks.
