... seeking and sharing the love of Christ ...

Ladies of FBC and friends meet each month to work on their photograph and memory albums! We usually get together from on the second Friday in the CLC. The event is free but reservations are required to insure adequate set-up. Tools and idea books are available to share. We order out for dinner and enjoy great fellowship together telling the stories behind our pictures. Anyone can participate! Everyone has pictures! No amount of creativity or experience is required! Join us this month!! Dates are announced monthly in the Messenger.

Beginner's Classes: These classes are offered periodically and teach the basics in album making as well as photograph storage and organization. A small fee is charged to cover the materials used to create personal album pages. Participants need only to bring 3-5 photos.

PowerSort Classes: These classes are offered to those who have many photos to organize. In just 3 hours, participants can sort and store 2400 pictures and memorabilia into meaningful categories. This organization is the first step in creating memory albums. Fee includes all materials.

PowerLayout Classes: The second step in completing albums quickly, this class assists participants by organizing photos, memorabilia, enhancements and journaling. In 3-4 hours they leave with an entire album laid out and ready to be permanently taped. Fee is based on materials used.

Retreats: A few times during the year, weekend retreats are scheduled to allow extended time to work on scrapbook projects. Some of these are located away from the church campus and are overnight events. These require advanced prepaid reservations and usually occur in August, November and March. Other "mini retreats" are simply having additional hours at the CLC on the Saturday following our regular Friday night crop.

There is a place for you in our ministries for and through the women of First Baptist Church!
