An Introduction to our Sunday School Ministry
Sundays 9:00-10:15 A.M.

The Bible is the cornerstone of the vision, the mission, and the ministry of First Baptist Church, Huntsville. The Bible is the authority for our faith and practice. It is the written record of God's revelation of Godself on the stage of human history. And most importantly, the Bible proclaims the Good News, the message that God loves each of us, that God offers forgiveness, and that God welcomes all who come to God through faith in God's Son, Jesus Christ.

The study of the Bible is the central focus of our Sunday School Ministry. Each Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m., groups of preschoolers, children, students, and adults meet to study the scriptures, to experience Christian fellowship, and to explore paths of Christian service. In this context, we do more than learn about the Bible. Our study is grounded in the strong belief that God's eternal truths as recorded in scripture can dynamically interact with the persistent needs and dreams that are a part of each person's life. We believe that the Bible can inform our thoughts, challenge our attitudes, and inspire us to action!

First Baptist, Huntsville, is your place for Bible study. Please join us on this coming Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m. We have age appropriate classes for preschoolers, children, and students. We also have a variety of adult class which might meet your needs.
