Intentional Parenting
5:00-6:00 PM in the Community Room
Taught by Jamie Mackey
January 10-March 13, 2016
Raising kids in today’s culture is a difficult challenge and it requires a plan. Without a plan, parents usually default to quick-fix parenting. Let’s face it: it’s just easier to focus on immediate problems rather than deal with the deeper and more important ones. Surviving each day is much easier than taking the time and energy to consider how parenting actions impact a child’s future. We get it. To be an exceptional parent, you need to be an intentional parent. Join us as we look at Doug and Cathy Field’s Intentional Parenting approach and we will begin this journey together!

Women's Bible Study - Breath by Beth Moore
4:00-6:00 PM in room 111
Taught by Nannette O’Dell
January 10-March 13, 2016
Breath examines the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives. Its title is drawn from the words of John 20:22, which records that Jesus “breathed on them and said, ‘Receive the Holy Spirit.’” The booklet featured fill-in-the-blank outlines to use as you follow along with the video teaching as well as lined, blank pages for recording notes from each session. It also includes writings from Moore’s daughter, Melissa, that takes readers deeper into the teaching.

The Legacy Journey
5:00-6:30 PM in room 254
Taught on DVD by Dave Ramsey, Rachel Cruze, Jon Acuff, and Chris Brown.
Facilitated by Brian Leffel
January 10-March 13, 2016
The Legacy Journey is an all-new, seven-week, Biblically based class that teaches you how to truly live and leave a legacy for generations to come. This class will lead you deeper into investing, basic estate planning, purposeful living, safeguarding your legacy, and discovering the keys to generational wealth and true generosity. Through video teaching, class discussions and interactive small-group activities, you’ll learn a biblical framework for living intentionally now so that later you’ll be able to leave a legacy that will secure your family’s future and make a lasting impact on the world around you. The cost of the Legacy Journey kit is $110.00 per family and can be purchased at the first class.
