Sunday, April 19—We are welcome to sing with the FBC Nashville choir for their morning worship! Stay tuned. Plans do not call for us to be the service choir in the loft here at FBC Huntsville on April 19. Elijah presentation is at 5:00 p.m., tentative call time 2:30 p.m.

Sunday, April 26—    10:30 a.m.—Excerpt from ELIJAH presented during Sanctuary Worship
2:30 p.m.—IMPORTANT Final rehearsal with orchestra and soloists in OUR sanctuary
5:00 p.m.—Elijah presentation

We have tentatively setup up a group reservation at the Drury Plaza Hotel in Franklin, TN.  The hotel is located in a very nice area and convenient to shopping and restaurants and around 21 minutes from the FBC Nashville. The rate at the Drury is $141.95 per night plus taxes and lodging fees (estimated $25).  This rate includes free parking, breakfast, and provided dinner.  There are seven 2 queen rooms available, and 18 king rooms, and the rate will be good until March 13.  This is a nice property and without the group would run around $180 a night.  Options to add nights are available but 2 queen rooms are not available Friday night.  This would be similar to the DC trip, everyone could call or go online and reserve their own room.

If people are looking for a cheaper rate on their own the Marriott Residence Inn or Courtyard in Brentwood looks to currently be available at a senior rate of around $120/night.

If you are not singing with the FBC Nashville Choir at the Sandi Patty concert on Friday, April 17 you may purchase tickets  at  for $25/each

This choir prepares music to lead in Sanctuary Worship, special concerts and of course, the Living Christmas Tree. Highlights this year have included singing with the Huntsville Symphony Orchestra and a concert in the National Cathedral.
